Heat Transfer Printing Process

Category:
Sock heat transfer printing involves printing designs onto PET films coated with eco-friendly hot melt adhesive on the reverse side. Under high temperature and high pressure, the patterns are transferred and embedded into fabric fibers. The finished patterns are complete, sharp, with bright colors and smooth color gradients.

The transferred print is thin and flat without hard lumps, soft to wear and skin-friendly with no chafing. It stretches well with elastic knit fabric without distortion.

This technique is suitable for small-area printing of logos and intricate multi-color patterns, and is widely used for custom casual socks and branded OEM socks.
