jacquard technology

Jacquard socks are woven with dyed yarns to form patterns, allowing your logo to be perfectly displayed on the socks. However, this technique has color limitations. While theoretically 1 to 10 colors are available, no more than 4 to 5 colors can appear within a single horizontal pattern at the same time.
Unlike printed socks, jacquard patterns woven from yarns will never fade, making this an excellent option to showcase your brand logo. One of the most notable differences between jacquard knitting and printing is that jacquard cannot reproduce ultra-fine tiny details. Additionally, patterns cannot be woven on the cuffs, heels or toes of socks.
We do not recommend overly intricate designs for jacquard knitting. Printing is capable of rendering highly complex artwork, whereas jacquard knitting works best with simpler patterns. Consequently, logos produced via jacquard will feature simpler outlines and fewer fine details compared to printed logos.

Embroidery Craft

Embroidery craft uses Wilcom software to make plates for your logos, letters or patterns, which are then precisely embroidered onto the surface of finished socks. It features strong three-dimensional effects, premium texture, great resistance to wear and washing, and the embroidered patterns hardly fade or peel off. Custom letters, logos and floral patterns provided by clients can be reproduced accurately.
Compared with printing and jacquard, embroidery greatly enhances the texture and brand recognition of socks. It is widely applied in sports socks, business socks and high-end custom socks.

jDigital Printing Craft

360 digital printing for socks is an advanced technique that prints seamless patterns all over the sock surface with high-precision digital equipment.

Visually, it boasts rich colors, crisp patterns and high color reproduction with diverse design options. There are no obvious splicing lines, and full-color, gradient and highly intricate details can all be achieved.

It is ideal for personalized customization and trendy designs, adding artistic value and fashion appeal to socks. This process is widely used on novelty socks, holiday-themed socks and custom gift socks.

Heat Transfer Printing Craft

Sock heat transfer printing works by printing designs onto PET films coated with eco-friendly hot melt adhesive on the reverse side. Under high temperature and pressure, the patterns are transferred and permeated into fabric fibers. The finished prints are complete and sharp with bright colors and smooth color gradients.

The transferred layer is thin without hard lumps, soft to wear and does not rub against feet. It stretches perfectly with elastic knit fabric without deformation. This process is suitable for small-area printing of logos and complex multi-color patterns, and is widely used for custom casual socks and branded OEM socks.
